Does the board have to allow for special accommodations due to the virus spreading?

The board should consider special accommodations based on the request of the owner during this time of the pandemic. A reasonable accommodation is one that is not going to interfere with government, legal or rules and regulations of the Association. What’s most important is that the person making the request be heard and provided a timely explanation for the board’s decision.
