KW Property Management & Consulting has added new partners Tim O’keefe and Frank Simone.

Mr. O’keefe, director since 2016, was promoted to executive director of strategic growth and client relations.

Mr. Simone, who was the outside counsel, is now the in-house general counsel. He is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law.
