Two residential communities have awarded management contracts to KW Property Management & Consulting. The two high-profile communities include Naples Reserve in Naples and Moody River Estates in North Fort Myers.

When it’s fully built out, Naples Reserve will have 1,088 homes around 22 lakes in the residential area east of Collier Boulevard off U.S. 41. Naples Reserve offers amenities ranging from boating to pickleball, a fitness center, a café and resort-style pools. One of the lakes has a private island accessible by boat.

Moody River Estates, located off Hancock Bridge Pkwy in North Fort Myers, is a private gated community with 731 homes. The community is located near U.S. 41 and the Cleveland Avenue bridge. The community features walking trails, nature preserves, a clubhouse with meeting rooms, fitness center, billiard room and multi-media space. In addition, there are two pools, a small park with a gazebo, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, bocce ball and a boat ramp.
