In his role as Regional Vice President, Alex oversees district, property and general managers and works with developers and association board members on the strategic direction of properties in KWPMC’s vast portfolio. Alex brings nearly two decades of hospitality industry experience to KWMPC and he is instrumental in recruiting talented professionals for the company’s Hospitality Luxury Services division. Martin’s extensive hospitality experience includes over 10 years at Ritz-Carlton and director of residential services at St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. He has managed more than 300 ultra-luxury residential and condo-hotel units valued at more than $1 billion. Martin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela.

Carolina serves as the Regional Vice President for Miami-Dade luxury properties. She leads a team of district managers, general managers developers and association board members on the vision and strategic direction of properties. With Carolina’s extensive hospitality background she is proficient in recruiting, training and coaching managing complex property operations. Carolina’s extensive experience in residential property management includes fourteen years with Four Seasons in various roles. She also earned her law degree while living in Colombia. She began her career in hospitality in the accounting department at the Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort before joining Four Seasons Hotel Miami as a Residences Manager. Carolina advanced quickly to become the Director of Residences and most recently Regional Director of Residences before joining KWPMC.

Bruce is the Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region. He leads a team of district managers and a workforce of over 400 employees. Bruce plays a pivotal role in KWPMC’s continuing education program. He developed and continues to run programs for the further advancement of key building personnel. Prior to joining KWPMC, he spent 12 years as the Vice President of Operations with Shelby Homes, one of the largest independent builders in South Florida. He graduated with a business degree from Buffalo State College in New York and while living in Manhattan, he worked in commercial and residential real estate for over 14 years.

500 Brickell, my favorite condo! The security people are great. Always nice and smiling. As soon as you walk into the lobby you feel you are home! Jonathon and Pedro who work as lobby attendants are great. Package room is always organized and someone is there to help. Overall I am grateful for this place.
KW did a great job when they selected the overnight team at 500 brickell. From the moment you come through the doors you’re are welcomed by Dee with a smile on her face and always is very attentive .Making conversation or just a simple have a great night makes me feel great. Love coming home and feeling like someone cares. The overnight team in general from Dee to Bismark at Valet (That man is ALWAYS on point), Virginia, and security Ariel. Truly appreciate you guys taking the time out to always make sure we are good! Great job guys! Keep up the great work!
500 Brickell overnight staff is amazing. I bought my property here in 2018 and the current night staff is the best I’ve seen since becoming an owner. They are always helpful, courteous and go the extra mile. I want to feel at home and that is exactly how I feel when arriving while the night staff is working. A few names that I particularly know deserve special recognition are Virginia Fuenmayor, Ariel Arias and Dee Carranza. Thank you for everything you do for us.

I’ve lived here for almost 8 years and I have to say that this is the best team. Gabriel is absolutely wonderful, there isn’t anything that he won’t do to help when I reach out to him. Jonathan is amazing!! He has become more than someone who covers the front desk, he is a true friend - and always helpful. Pedro and Lakita are also great!! I don't know how they manage the mail room but they are truly rock stars and I love getting my packages 😂😃. I feel that the entire team from top to bottom are always on hand to help and I like the emails that I receive. Living here has been a pleasure and I am grateful to continue to live here with this team!
The staff at 500 Brickell Avenue is AMAZING. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and professional. They go above and beyond for us, the residents. I’ve lived in many buildings in NY, NJ, DC and now Miami, by far they are the best team I’ve seen.

Kwpmc has been managing 500 Brickell for a couple of years now and with the condo market being hard, I believe they have been doing a great job informing owners and finding the best deals for us to make sure our HOA does not dramatically increase more. The staff is also great.Cory at the front desk of 500 Brickell west always does a great job greeting residences and visitors. Always brings a smile and good vibesNico property manager is always here to help and answer questions. The whole management team is very professional and know what they are doing.
Best management team I’ve experienced and I’ve lived in a couple of buildings in NYC, LA, and Miami. Very friendly team that’s responsive and cares about their tenants. Issues in the building are handled promptly (same day repairs usually which is huge in Miami where buildings sometimes have issues like multiple elevators down for weeks). Special shoutout to Jonathan at the front desk who is the pulse of the building - super friendly and always happy to help! Been living here three years and it’s been great!

The have made my time as Board President a whole lot easier. I have known and worked closely with Jon and Amanda the entire time KW has been our property management company.Would have listed 5 stars but KW Accounting Services recently have been somewhat sub-par. In previous years the Accounting Services were awesome but last 6-9 months not so good.

KW at Pembroke Falls does a great job. Alfredo Acuna is very professional and knowledgeable, he is always aware of general issues and many details in the community, which makes it easier to work with him and his team.

Karen was very helpful and very patient with me as she was trying to update my key fob so I I would have access to the necessary doors to enjoy Plaza south condominium after numerous trials and tribulations. Everything worked out very fine and even the president chimed in and suggested a course of action which worked very well the following day I even received a phone call the next day, if the key fob was working to my satisfaction and it certainly was !! it certainly was and is another beautiful day at Plaza south 4280 N. As president and board member of Cutler Cay HOA for the past 12 years, I can say without hesitation that this is the best property management company in South Florida, if not the best in the country. I have had experience with other HOA management companies in Miami, Pennsylvania and California. They are very professional, organized and competent. They hire the best staff and respond appropriately to all our needs.
