Andrew Sherman has more than 25 years of customer service, operations, and finance experience. Andrew has a distinguished track record in hospitality and luxury high-rise management while at KW Property Management and Consulting (KWPMC). He has led the company in client satisfaction and quality assurance “KWPMC Standards of Excellence” scores. He is a sound decision-maker with a history of leading through change, establishing strong relationships, and building high-performance teams.

Before joining KWPMC, Andrew was the Chief Financial Officer for Tarsus Group North America, a publicly traded events and media company. In addition to being responsible for finance and accounting functions, Andrew was responsible for HR, legal, and mergers and acquisitions. Before that, Andrew held various key leadership roles at ADP, a leading provider of payroll, HR, and human capital management (HCM) services. Andrew holds an MBA degree from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Miami. He is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).
